People's Pops

After doing some extensive walking to get down to Chelsea, we made it over to the Highline(an absolute must see), which is a park system created from the previous elevated rail line in the meat packing district. There are a few vendors, with People's Pops distinctly standing out amoung the crowd.

We got the apple with cream and ginger. Wow. Very creamy, with visible chunks of apples and ginger in it. Without a doubt the most unique (in a good way) popsicle I have ever had. It would be really cool to try some of the other flavors, and if I get the chance, I definately will.
