So, after trekking aound quite a bit of central park, (and a slightly longer walk through Harlem just to get down to Central Park, after an ever so slight mis-calculation on the subway), we finally made our way back towards midtown. Since I couldn't make an entire pot of coffee each morning as usual, we ended up going to several different coffee shops throughout NYC. The Coffee Bean on Broadway near Times Square had a very friendly staff, great music, and good coffee.
I ordered a dark roast coffee and a pretzl donut, and the 'misses got an apple danish and an iced chai latte. It was all good, nothing too remarkable, but it gave us the necessary kick to keep up with the locals.
