So, dad and I got out on the bikes pretty early again and rode around town. Sort of surprising how hard it is to find a place to get coffee on an early sunday morning. We finally lucked out in a great pllace called Maeve's Cafe in NE Mpls.

They were all very friendly, and we both ordered some coffee and espresso, as well as some breakfast menu items. Dad got the baked eggs with spinach and gruyere, and I got the sausage and cheddar strata. Both also came with fresh fruit, and they were very good. I definately wasn't expecting this type of quality food from a coffee shop. Nice job Maeves.
